The driver may try to prove they were not at fault if the accident was caused because they blacked out, suffered a heart attack or had some other sudden medical emergency. The driver responsible for the wreck  must have proof that what happened to them was sudden and unexpected – which is not always easy to prove.

If you are in an accident, you may need an experienced Florida Car Wreck lawyer on your side, particularly when the other driver claims an unexpected medical emergency caused the accident.
